Expand your skills to intelligently support pregnant women in yoga. Create the conditions for them to slow down, soften, prepare their body, heart and mind for birth. You will learn to hold the sanctuary for mamas to turn inward, attune to their innate wild feminine birthing wisdom, their growing baby and nurture themselves as they grow towards birthing into motherhood.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

Certificate of completion
12 hours of Anusara® / Yoga Alliance CEU’s* (*continuing education credits/units not sure what they are called here.)

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN – the Do’s and Do NOT’s for YoMamas

1,2,3 Trimester Basic Anatomy, physiology, mental-emotional considerations
1,2,3 Trimester appropriate poses, breath work and contraindications
Alignment, props and modifications – the Do’s and Do NOT’s for optimal support
To effectively guide pregnant women to slow down, soften, allow and attune to the innate Wisdom of their feminine birthing body their growing baby.

Pre-Requisites* – 200 hr Yoga teachers or yogis currently participating in a yoga teacher training
